BRELAND is one of country music’s newest trailblazers, known for his solo work and his all-star collaborations. Some of his biggest projects include Dierks Bentley’s “Beers On Me,” which also features HARDY, and “Throw It Back,” featuring Keith Urban. BRELAND also included Sam Hunt on a remix of “My Truck,” and teamed up with Thomas Rhett on one of his latest songs, “Praise The Lord.”
Still, BRELAND is far from done with collaborations and cross-genre endeavors. He recently appeared on The Real, a talkshow hosted by Garcelle Beauvais, Adrienne Houghton, Loni Love & Jeannie Mai Jenkins. When asked whether there are any artists BRELAND wants to work with that he hasn’t yet, the “My Truck” singer named an iconic rapper.
“Yeah, I’m trying to get Drake on a country song, man. ...Come on! Come on, Drake,” BRELAND said. “Let’s get Drizzy on a country song one time.”
BRELAND shared a clip from the recent interview on Instagram, wondering the “Odds we get @champagnepapi on a country song? 👀🤔,” he wrote in the caption. “Cowboy Drizzy sounds 🔥🔥🔥” There’s no word from Drake, but many fans tagged him in the comments of BRELAND’s posts and said they’d be “here for this” if the collaboration ever happened.
