Morgan Wallen took a tumble on stage during a performance on his ongoing “One Night At A Time World Tour.” Footage taken during the show captures the award-winning artist fall hard — and get right back up — as he performed “Heartless” on Thursday night (April 20) at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

TMZ obtained the video, noting in a report on Friday morning (April 21) that it appears Wallen lost his footing because of the fog drifting across the stage, seemingly clouding the “You Proof” singer’s vision and making it difficult to see where he was stepping. The entertainment news hub also noted possible technical issues with the lighting, which could have made it more difficult for Wallen to see.

The video captures Wallen walking across the stage during his performance, and as he approaches the crowd, he appears to stumble and flails one of his arms as he falls forward. He appeared uninjured, however, as he popped back up and continued the song.

Wallen announced his world tour in December, bringing special guests HARDY, Parker McCollum, ERNEST and Bailey Zimmerman. He said at that time that “2023 is gonna be a special year… I got a lot in store for y’all,” including his massive 36-track album that released last month. One Thing At A Time is packed with fan-favorite anthems like “Last Night,” “Everything I Love,” “One Thing At A Time,” “I Wrote The Book,” “You Proof” and more. Find it on iHeartRadio here.
